How to get here

From Athens International Airport to Piraeus

By taxi: You will find taxis outside the Arrivals’ doors. The charge is +/- €50 , which will include baggage charges. The journey time is +/- 45 minutes to an hour.
By train: Across from the Arrivals’ doors, the metro (blue line) will take you into the centre of Athens. Change at Monastiraki station onto the green line straight to Piraeus. The train costs +/- €8, single fare. Special rates for couples and groups. The lines are well equipped with escalators and lifts. At Piraeus cross the road into the port and follow the signs for Gate 8.
By bus: The bus leaves from outside the Arrivals’ doors. Buy your ticket, +/- €5, at the kiosk or if closed, on the bus itself. The trip will take +/- 75 minutes. From the bus stop it is a minute’s walk to Gate 8.

From Piraeus port to Agistri

All boats for Agistri island leave from Gate 8 at the port of Piraeus. There are Ferries & Flying Dolphins going to Agistri island. Some boats might make a stop on the way on Aegina island. In the unlikely event of a case of strike please contact our reception as the hotel’s water taxi will be able to do the transfer.

From Aegina island to Agistri island

There is a regular boat connection between Agistri and Aegina town. The ferry goes to Skala from Aegina port and the Flying Dolphin goes to Milos from Aegina port. The Agistri express goes to both villages Skala and Milos. There is a bus connection between Milos and Skala (where Vasilaras Hotel is situated). You can also visit Aegina by water taxi.

From the port of Agistri to the hotel

When you arrive at the port of Skala it is only a short walk to the hotel. When you arrive at the port of Milos, you can take the bus (2€ single ticket) or a taxi to Skala (5€ without and 6€ with suitcases).
